Important Conditions

• Confirmation is received at the time of booking
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Not suitable for people who cannot move independently
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Boat rides may be bumpy depending on sea conditions
• No special physical fitness required for snorkeling activities
• Marine life sightings (turtles, fish, etc.) depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

• Guests must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
• Any guest who is not present 15 minutes before departure will be considered a no-show
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows
• Boats depart strictly on time in order to respect the organization of the excursion and other cruise passengers
